What does he do?

Al oversees all aspects of SHG’s finances including the development of budgets and strategic plans. He also analyzes results, systems and processes with a focus on efficiencies and fiscal responsibility.  

How did he get here?

Al came to SHG in 2011 with 25 years of experience, a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Corporate Finance. Service has always been a cornerstone of Al’s management style, so he was thrilled to take on the challenge of working in the hospitality industry for the first time after working primarily in manufacturing. 

Major SHG accomplishments?

Al claims to be “the least artistically talented person in the world,” but the business, financial and inventory analytic tools he has created for SHG are a work of art. He also champions sustainability at SHG and across Broadway as an active member of the Broadway Green Alliance. 

What makes his life SWEET?

Maintaining that he is neither fun nor interesting, experimenting with cocktails while entertaining in his new Florida home and wearing a different shirt every day.
