With 30 years of experience, a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Corporate Finance, Al oversees all operations and finance functions at Sweet Hospitality Group. Service has always been a cornerstone of Al’s management style, so he was thrilled to take on the challenge of working in the hospitality industry for the first time when he came to SHG in 2011 after working primarily in manufacturing.
Al began his tenure at SHG as Director of Finance and later served as VP of Systems & Analysis and VP of Operations. He claims to be “the least artistically talented person in the world,” but the business, financial and inventory analytic tools he has created for SHG are a work of art.
Al took the helm as COO of both SHG’s concessions and catering divisions in 2017. He is committed to fulfilling our mission of enhancing the experience of every client, guest and team member.
