VP of Accounting & Business Affairs
Bill has over 25 years of experience in finance, hospitality and foodservice. He is a graduate of Baruch College with a degree in Public Accounting who also studied at the Culinary Institute of America. Before bringing this combination of talents to SHG, Bill worked throughout the restaurant and hospitality industries in both New York and Las Vegas including Mulholland Drive Café, Rue 57, Tao, Avra Estiatorio, Harley-Davidson Café and the Dylan Hotel.
This background makes Bill the perfect fit for managing a myriad of responsibilities. He oversees all aspects of SHG’s business and finances including accounting, information technology and contract negotiations. Bill also oversees all licensing, insurance and compliance issues. His years of history handling these areas make him an invaluable resource and asset.
When not at SHG, Bill enjoys sailing and playing the drums.
