Quality Systems Manager
Jordan is an accomplished singer and musician with degree in Music in Songwriting and Musical Theatre Writing from the Berklee College of Music. Prior to joining SHG in 2016, Jordan worked as a freelance session vocalist and private guitar instructor. She was also a barista and supervisor at several coffeehouses in Boston and NYC.
Jordan began her career at SHG as the Assistant Venue Manager at New York City Center and was promoted to Venue Manager shortly after. During her time at City Center, she and her team broke the SHG record for highest daily sales during the Patrice O’Neil Comedy Benefit. In early 2018, she moved into the corporate offices as a Bookkeeper and Operations Support Specialist.
Today, as Quality Systems Manager, Jordan documents, analyzes and implements the processes needed to improve operational efficiency and service. Her efforts allow the entire SHG team to better fulfill our mission of enhancing the experience. When not displaying her vast organizational skills at SHG, Jordan enjoys playing Pokémon Stadium, writing her video game musical and delving into the world of Harry Potter.
