VP of Human Resources

Marilyn came to Sweet Hospitality Group in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in human resource management, talent acquisition and employee relations. That experience includes more than a decade as Vice President of Staffing and Employee Relations at Madison Square Garden. During her tenure there, Marilyn partnered with executives throughout the company’s diverse businesses including the NY Knicks, NY Rangers, Madison Square Garden Network, Madison Square Garden Arena and Theatre, Radio City Music Hall, The Rockettes and the Hartford Civic Center.

Marilyn established the HR function for SHG, ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws. She serves as a key advisor to senior management with regards to both strategic planning and employee relations. Marilyn is also the go-to person for team members on all levels for assistance and advice resolving HR issues.

In addition to her work at SHG, Marilyn is the Managing Partner of Sageview Consulting, a national HR firm with offices across the country. When she’s not advising clients, Marilyn enjoys sports, classic rock and roll (Bruce Springsteen in particular) and, of course, Broadway.
