VP of Catering / Executive Chef
Wilson has been Executive Chef for Sweet Hospitality Group since 2014. He began his career in his native Brazil pursuing his passion for the culinary arts. Since moving to New York over 15 years ago, he has worked with some of the most critically-acclaimed pioneers in the catering and restaurant industry, including Danny Meyer.
As our culinary leader, Wilson brings creativity, a wealth of experience and commitment to excellence. His talent for menu innovation and gourmet food preparation has thrilled high-profile clients including Anheuser-Busch, Disney Theatrical Group, Sony Pictures Television and Elle Magazine. Wilson is also extremely skilled in culinary operations. His management was an integral part of building our Harlem kitchen into a well-oiled machine.
Wilson was named VP of Catering in addition to his duties as Executive Chef in 2016. He now oversees all aspects of SHG’s catering operation using his vast expertise to ensure that each event is “a dramatic departure from ordinary.”
