What does he do?

Neil provides general accounting support to our Finance Department as well as working directly with our VP of Business Development in an effort to cultivate relationships with our current and new partners. His years of experience as an Sweet Hospitality Venue Manager (and envoy to the regional theater world) give him a unique perspective in creating a bridge between accounting, field operations, and client relationships. 

How did he get here?

Neil moved to NYC to pursue a career in performing after receiving a degree from the Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University. After touring and working regionally for almost a decade, he decided it was time to pivot from acting and settle down into a more traditional, stationary lifestyle.

Sweet accomplishments?

Neil played a key role in our regional theater expansion initiatives between 2018 and 2023. His flexibility and outgoing nature (translation: he plays well with others and likes to talk) made him our go-to manager to represent Sweet’s service and culture to the wider theater world. Most notably, he helped build our service at Williamstown Theater Festival from the ground up and managed the concessions service there for three seasons.

What makes his life SWEET?

Dry Martinis, The Simpsons, the Metropolitan Opera, the Cleveland Guardians and that time he served Joan Rivers at multiple venues over the course of a month (she remembered him and actually laughed at his jokes).
