Inspired by “Cabaret”
What good is sitting alone in your room when this decadent drink can keep you company? Right this way, your cocktail’s waiting!
4 raspberries
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 fresh bay leaf (plus additional for garnish)
4 drops Bittermens Burlesque Bitters
1 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
½ oz. kirschwasser (or any cherry liqueur)
4 oz. sparkling Riesling (or any sparkling wine)
- Combine raspberries, lime juice, syrup, bay leaf and bitters in a shaker tin and muddle
- Add gin, kirschwasser and ice
- Shake until well chilled and strain into a coupe glass
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a bay leaf
