None other than one of SHG’s favorite drinks, the Bellini!
With its origins in Italy, the Bellini is made up of a mixture of prosecco and peach puree (use either peach juice or peach nectar). The sweet taste of the sparkling wine and the fresh fruitful taste of peach puree blend perfectly making one delicious Bellini cocktail. To top off your fresh cocktail, add a sliced peach as a fruitful garnish. Easy to make and easy to enjoy while surrounded by friends and family! If you are looking for an extra treat to pair with your cocktail, then add The Blini! The Blini is a petite pancake made from buckwheat flour that is just right for any brunching activities. This light, fluffy pancake will pair so effortlessly with the Bellini you will think they are a match made in brunch heaven.
