What does he do?

EJ oversees all aspects of SHG’s operations and ensures that SHG’s mission and values are upheld by every department with efficiency and dramatic flair.

How did he get here?

Like many SHG team members, EJ was a working actor when he joined the SHG team as a bartender in 2008. During those early years, he did just about every job you can do at SHG. From troubleshooting headset issues at the coat check at the American Airlines Theater to covering manager shifts at the Stephen Sondheim Theater in a sailor’s hat (for Anything Goes, of course) to slinging drinks at Spiderman: Turn off the Dark.

Major SHG accomplishments?

He supervised the implementation our highly successful immersive service for Roundabout Theatre Company’s production of Cabaret. He has also brought SHG’s service into the 21st century by coordinating the development of our proprietary POS system, online training program and digital pre-ordering platform.

What makes his life SWEET?

Podcasts, playing poker, NPR and making sure everyone knows which Harry Potter house he’s sorted them into.
