Inspired by “Macbeth”
There’s not a lot of toil and trouble involved in making this powerful drink
with lots of bubbles.
3 cucumber slices (plus additional for garnish)
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 sprig mint
1 oz. absinthe
4 oz. Prosecco
- Combine cucumber, lime juice, syrup and mint in a shaker tin and muddle
- Add absinthe and ice
- Shake until well chilled and strain into a Champagne flute
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a cucumber slice
