Some drinks you just can’t tame. Feel the earth move!
4 blackberries (plus additional for garnish)
2 mint sprigs (plus additional for garnish)
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz. Bacardi Light Rum
½ oz. ginger liqueur
Seltzer
- Combine blackberries, mint, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker tin and muddle
- Fill with ice and add rum and ginger liqueur
- Shake until well chilled and strain into a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with seltzer and garnish with blackberries and a mint sprig
